The Balanced Weigh to Weight Loss
Getting started with weight loss or trying to lose weight on your own is a daunting task. Professional help and support will give you the confidence, the knowledge and knowhow to accomplish your weight and health goals. Individual Sessions Sessions range from 30-50 minutes based on the individual’s needs. One-on-one session time allows time to explore your past efforts, successes and struggles. Based on your needs, individual sessions could include but are not limited to personalized meal plan, troubleshooting stuck points or creating manageable exercise routine. |
