Balanced Nutrition Therapy is In-network with Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Cigna and Aetna and will work with other insurance companies willing to do a "Single Case Agreement" for payment of an Out-of-Network dietitian.  Not all insurance plans have coverage for a dietitian.  Check with your insurance provider to see if you have insurance coverage for procedural codes 97802 and 97803!
