Balanced Nutrition Therapy, LLC is proud to be in-network with Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. For clients with other insurance providers, we are willing to attempt a "Single Case Agreement" with your insurance company for payment as an out-of-network dietitian.
It's important to note that not all insurance plans offer coverage for dietitian services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine if your plan covers procedural codes 97802 and 97803, and if any limitations apply. Additionally, we suggest inquiring about potential differences in benefits for preventive versus disease diagnosis codes.
