Find Clarity and Confidence in a Personalized Approach
In a world often clouded by nutrition trends and misinformation, Alexandra is passionate about helping clients find clarity, confidence, and a sense of ease in how they nourish themselves. She takes a weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned, and intuitive eating approach, grounded in curiosity, cultural humility, and respect.
As a dietitian serving the St. Louis area, Alexandra works with clients both locally and virtually, offering individualized support that meets each person’s unique needs and goals.
Alexandra believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution to health, and works collaboratively with clients to build autonomy and create sustainable, personalized goals. Her approach is rooted in motivational interviewing, empowering individuals to reconnect with their bodies and redefine what nutrition means to them because it’s about so much more than food. It’s about joy, culture, connection, and feeling at home in your body.
Nutrition Guidance for Women’s Health, Sports Nutrition, and Eating Disorders
Alexandra has a special interest in women’s health, including fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, sports nutrition, and eating disorder recovery, supporting individuals throughout the St. Louis area and beyond.
She is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating the intersection of hormonal health and nutrition, recognizing that concerns like irregular cycles, fertility challenges, or conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis are deeply personal and often overlooked. Alexandra believes that our menstrual cycle can serve as a powerful indicator of overall health and safety within the body, and she works to help clients better understand and support their bodies through nourishing, sustainable habits.
Her work in eating disorder care is rooted in compassion, patience, and deep respect for each individual’s story. She understands that healing a relationship with food and body is not linear, and creates a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to move at their own pace. By integrating evidence-based nutrition with a weight-inclusive and intuitive eating framework, Alexandra helps clients rebuild trust with their bodies, challenge harmful narratives, and find freedom in their relationship with food. She is committed to helping individuals move away from rigid rules and toward a more peaceful, flexible, and presence-giving approach to nourishment.
